HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd saw volume of 760.63 lakh shares by 10:49 IST on BSE, a 315.68 fold spurt over two-week average daily volume of 2.41 lakh shares. The stock dropped 2.92% to Rs.503.95. Volumes stood at 1.6 lakh shares in the last session.

Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd clocked volume of 1.58 lakh shares by 10:49 IST on BSE, a 6.63 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 23894 shares. The stock gained 8.72% to Rs.25.55. Volumes stood at 75826 shares in the last session.

Whirlpool of India Ltd notched up volume of 27840 shares by 10:49 IST on BSE, a 5.76 fold spurt over two-week average daily volume of 4832 shares. The stock rose 0.64% to Rs.1,539.95. Volumes stood at 7073 shares in the last session.

Mphasis Ltd registered volume of 23836 shares by 10:49 IST on BSE, a 4.25 fold spurt over two-week average daily volume of 5609 shares. The stock slipped 0.15% to Rs.959.75. Volumes stood at 2607 shares in the last session.

Asahi India Glass Ltd clocked volume of 3572 shares by 10:49 IST on BSE, a 3.5 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1022 shares. The stock lost 2.61% to Rs.190.00. Volumes stood at 620 shares in the last session.
